Luna Cheung
Luna Cheung is a visual artist who was born in Hawaii but raised in Brazil.
Her artworks portray a lot about herself — the vulnerability that was finally accepted, unsettling thoughts, and the feminine power. Writing down her feelings every end of the day, then turning her words into colors on canvas. Painting came to embrace this internal chaos and mess with her anxiety in a good way, making Luna even more calmer and self confident.
Luna’s arts are all about textures and layers that tells her story, traveling from hand to spatulas (everything that she touches becomes a tool). She also likes to spread colors beyond a canvas — phone cases, sandals, notebook covers, ceramic plates…
