Biography:	Shane is the founder of the Townley gallery in Downtown Laguna Beach and Gallery 104 in San Clemente. If you have acquired a piece of Townley's work in the past congratulations because in the last few years the value of his work has increased dramatically. Works from his private collection will be on display at the Downtown Laguna Beach Gallery until they are sold out.
Statement:	"The imaginary landscape painter paints from within. Typically painters of imaginary landscapes step away from the literal landscapes of nature and tap into imagery created within their mind's eye. Often the ensuing works are evocative of their personal feelings and individual experiences and interpretations of the outdoors."
