Biography:	Reinaldo Binns has a passion for beauty through the lens of a camera. He was born in San Jose Costa Rica and lived most of his life in Orange County California. Reinaldo has been intrigued by photography from a very young age. His Father Reginald Binns had also been a avid photographer in the late 70's. Mr Binns was a large influence having set up a dark room in their home. Today, Reinaldo's photography has become popular amongst his peers, friends, and family.

Statement:	"As children I would go into the dark room with my sister and develop film. We would use the enlarger to produce prints. It was a great experience to see the photos magically appear on the paper."
