Artist Statement:
I use a mixed media of acrylics, ink, collage and transfers, often
utilizing my own layering technique, with polymer or varnish. I prefer
vivid, warm and luminous colors My work is primarily
non-representational, which has a visual language that goes beyond the
need for words. My latest body of work I call Projection Sauvage. It
allows me to mount a three dimensional structures to the surface of my
pieces. My subject is always about the uncovering of one's
enlightenment. I never reproduce my work, so my creations are always
distinctive and one of a kind. I will do commissions. I can work with a
broad idea and range of colors, but I need latitude to explore my ideas
within those parameters.
