Biography:	Jerry Solomon has pursued creativity in various art forms: mixing sound and music together as a recording engineer; mixing ingredients into satisfying meals as a chef; mixing oils into impressionistic landscapes as a painter; mixing stone, metal and found objects into unique and melodic water sculptures; and mixing 'digital paint' into photographs - all to speak to the creative and emotional response in all of us. He has also shared stories and recipes in his 'lifestyle' book: A Man's Guide To Food As Foreplay Jerry's talent crosses over between these disciplines: music, food and art - it's all in 'the mix'.
Statement:	"Pas.sion"; noun: Intense emotion, intense enthusiasm and outburst of emotion; This is how the creative journey begins. with the passion to create. "Still Life's"- capturing moments of life and transforming them with my touch of digitally painted colors, as oils on canvas, but printed on aluminum, capturing depth, evoking feeling and creating a visual melding which the viewer sees as natural. Every piece is its own inspiration, an infusion of the touched and the natural photograph, light and dark shades with dynamic colors speaking to the viewer in today's digital language . Each aluminum print should be explored from all vantage points to observe how light and metal emphasize and highlight the whole. or in close, with a matrix of dots and pixels that comprise the image.
