Biography:	My name is E.E. Jacks. I was born in Long Beach, California in 1985. As a very young child I had always been fascinated with painting. I come from a french/hispanic family. My culture and environment has influenced much of my work. More specifically my hispanic heritage and upbringing has affected many of my more vivid pieces. For most of my life I have surrounded myself with knowledgable individuals who have encouraged me to pursue my goals. I have self educated myself in the many areas of art and have taken the advice of my great Tio Gonzalo Elosegui an accomplished artist himself. He was mentored by Roberto Montenegro. My focus and passion of late has been oil scapes. I am highly influenced by Romanticism.
